Recent Leak Shows Disney is Cult-Like With Wokeness

Thought reform and induced loyalty are currently taking up the mantle in some of America’s largest corporations. In the climate of “wokeness” that is running rampant in the US right now, Disney has taken it to a whole other level with their new white privilege checklist, and a complete anti-racist instruction manual leaked this week.

In what they say is an attempt to create equality and tolerance, Disney has taken it upon themselves to indoctrinate employees to believe that being white, a man, having heterosexual parents, frequent flier miles, or even valuing your own life is actually a privilege.

That’s right, the simple fact that you have never attempted to kill yourself means that you are privileged in their eyes.

In an article released by Christopher Rufo at City Journal, he states that “Disney executives have elevated the ideology of critical race theory into a new corporate dogma, bombarded employees with trainings on ‘systemic racism,’ ‘white privilege,’ ‘white fragility,’ and ‘white saviors,’ and launched racially segregated ‘affinity groups’ at the company’s headquarters.”

Rufo broke the story on his Twitter account and has included copies of the leaked documents for all to see. Dinsey has labeled it the “Reimagine Tomorrow” program, and its depth is cult-like scary.

These affinity groups, called Business Employee Resource Groups or BERGS, are segregated by skin color and are labeled by names to represent ethnicities: Hola (Hispanic), Wakanda (Black), and Compass (Asian). No white people are usually found in these meetings, except for the occasional corporate member dropping in to ensure everyone is appropriately indoctrinated. Disney has created a corporate culture that makes non-white and white people feel like they cannot safely be in the same space together.

Isn’t this precisely the definition of racism and cult indoctrination? This was the mindset put forward in the mid-1900s. Now it is the white man instead of the black who needs to go. Even modern-day history has seen seemingly normal people become indoctrinated, so their whole thought process changes.

One example is  Patty Hearst, an heiress to a publishing fortune. She was kidnapped by the Symbionese Liberation Army (SLA) and was allegedly brainwashed to join the group. They kept her locked away from outside influences in a dark closet, bombarded her with propaganda, and withheld basic needs like food and sleep. ACCORDING TO SECURITY FOOTAGE, the SLA eventually got her to switch sides and completely renounce her family, calling them “pig-Hearsts,” and she even robbed a bank with them. This incident took just two months to unfold.

Disney is not taking employees as literal prisoners, nor is it seen as a cult. However, according to one employee, their constant bombardment of “almost daily memos, suggested readings, panels, and seminars that [are] all centered around antiracism” is accomplishing the same mission.

Cult indoctrination basics take away your ability to think for yourself by forcing you to indulge in what you are supposed to believe, or else. Critical thinking is not welcomed. It is shunned. Only approved material can be consumed, and anything in opposition is immediately villainized and destroyed. Those who attempt to defy this indoctrination will be outcasted in order to get them to return to the hive mentality that the leaders wish them to have. Cult leaders play on the emotions of their followers and promise to fulfill some lofty ideal if only the followers will follow and do as they are told.

The Disney employee went on to detail their experience, “I attended several [training sessions] at the beginning just to see what the temperature of the discussion would be and to gauge if I would be able to bring up my own objections in a safe way—safe meaning for my career. And I’ve continually gotten the unspoken answer: ‘no,'” the employee said. “It’s been very stifling to feel like everyone keeps talking about having open dialogue and compassionate conversations, but when it comes down to it, I know if I said one thing that was truthful, based on data, or even just based on my own personal experience, it would actually be rather unwelcomed.”

Disney also has a “21-day Racial Equality and Social Justice Challenge” with the YWCA. At the end of this 21-day challenge, Rufo reports that “participants are told that they must learn how to ‘pivot’ from ‘white dominant culture’ to ‘something different.'”

It may take time for some to fully succumb to this indoctrination, many of whom will likely do it simply out of fear. Fear of losing their job, fear of looking like a racist, fear of the repercussions from the people around them; the same fear that Disney is so proudly “removing” from one race of people to hand it over to another.

Bob Iger, Disney’s Executive Chairman, has vowed that the company “should be taking a stand” on political controversies and will no longer “shy away from politics.”

The Wokest Place on Earth is perpetuating what they promise to eradicate, and they show no signs of stopping.
