26 States Oppose Biden’s Federal Vaccine Mandate

We’ve been warned that vaccine mandates were coming. Names like Jack Posobiec and Tucker Carlson sounded the alarm long ago that this would happen. In fact, Dave Rubin was temporarily banned from Twitter for the claim, although ‘others’ say it was for misinformation.

Although Democrats like Jen Psaki, Joe Biden, and Nancy Pelosi promised the American people that vaccine mandates would never come to America, they broke the promise.

Yesterday September 9, Joe Biden stood in front of the American people and gave a speech as angry and divisive as it was tyrannical. Biden said, “We’ve been patient, but our patience is wearing thin, and your refusal has cost all of us.”

Biden informed Americans that the delta variant was too much for his administration to handle, and therefore he would be stripping away your freedom to make sound medical decisions. All employers for companies with over 100 employees would be forced to mandate vaccination, mandate weekly testing, or force their employees to quit.

Conservatives became immediately worried about what this means for the almost 100 million working Americans that this is set to impact. Biden threatened any Republican governors who dared to fight back, saying that his administration would “get them out of the way.”

“My plan also takes on elected officials in states that are undermining you in these life-saving actions. Right now, local school officials are trying to keep children safe in a pandemic while their governor picks a fight with them and even threatens their salaries or their jobs,” said Biden.

In a shock to their residents, who are used to Republican governors being weak against the Democrats’ constant attacks against their Conservative way of life, 26 Governors and other state elected officials stood against Joe Biden’s federal vaccine mandate.

So far, the elected officials in Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Iowa, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Ohio, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Tennessee, Utah, West Virginia, and Wyoming have all come out against Joe Biden’s plan to force private companies to mandate the Covid vaccine.

Alaska Gov. Mike Dunleavy, one of the last governors to promise to block Biden’s vaccine mandate, tweeted, “This is ridiculous and unenforceable. If there was ever a case for the 25th Amendment…” The tweet trailed off, but the implication was clear.

Louisiana’s Attorney General Jeff Landry commented on Joe Biden’s tyranny, tweeting, “Joe Biden is once again stepping beyond his authority with these announced mandates. I will continue my legal efforts to defend the freedom and liberty of Louisianans!”

Even Oklahoma’s Attorney General John O’Connor promised to sue the Biden Administration over their power grab. “My office will vigorously oppose any attempt by the federal government to mandate vaccines. We are preparing litigation to stand up for our rights and defend the rule of law against the overreach of the federal government,” said O’Connor.
