It’s a rare day when a member of the radical Democrat militia, Antifa, is held accountable for a crime by today’s federal legal system. According to the Post Millennial, “34-year-old Justin Christopher Moore admitted that he made 12 Molotov cocktails and carried them to the building on Labor Day, September 7th, 2020, and he pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of destructive devices, which is punishable by up to 10 years in prison.”

The DOJ reported Moore pleaded to making 12 Molotov cocktails and bringing them to the Seattle Police Officers Guild (union) building just south of downtown Seattle. During the nationwide leftist insurrection, on Labor Day, September 7th, 2020, he admitted to possessing “destructive devices.”

He faces a 10-year prison sentence, but who knows, having planned to bomb cops rather than “parading” in D.C. on January 6th, how much time he’ll get. According to Andy Ngo at PM, “Moore was previously arrested at an antifa riot in January but judge let him go.”

The “ATF & FBI arrested [Moore] who… brought 12 firebombs to the riot.” The conviction comes two years after the crime.

FOX Q13 News reported, “In June 2021, law enforcement executed a search warrant at Moore’s residence. There, they recovered numerous items from the basement that are consistent with manufacturing explosive devices. Law enforcement also recovered a notebook in which Moore had made entries related to ‘the manufacturing of destructive devices and the ingredients necessary.’”

Moore is scheduled to be sentenced in December 2022.
