AT&T Corp Created Race Re-Education Program Instructing “Racism Is A Uniquely White Trait”

At this point in American history, any elected official not fighting against the progressive woke ideology taking over every sector of our society doesn’t deserve to be in office. Christopher Rufo broke the news of another harmful corporation forcing its employees to withstand race re-education programs.

According to Rufo, who obtained a cache of internal documents about the company’s racism training called Listen Understand Act, the materials claim that “racism is a uniquely white trait” and teach AT&T employees that “white people … are the problem.” Rufo says the training is steeped in critical race theory, including “intersectionality,” “systemic racism,” “white privilege,” and “white fragility.”

The training forced on AT&T employees has participants read authors claiming the United States is a “racist society.” AT&T instructed that “American racism is a uniquely white trait” and that “Black people cannot be racist.” Rufo said the training material notified the employees: “White people, you are the problem. Regardless of how much you say you detest racism, you are the sole reason it has flourished for centuries.”

Americans are desensitized by the increasing hatred toward white Americans and the ways globalist corporations, like AT&T, used the pandemic to peddle fear and racism. In another resource, Rufo said, “AT&T teaches that ‘Covid-19 may have actually helped prepare us to confront in a deeper, more meaningful way the many faces of racism’ by giving whites a fear of imminent death and ‘brooding sense of always feeling vulnerable.’ ”

Employees were asked to participate in the 21-Day Racial Equity Habit Challenge. The Challenge tells associates that “Whiteness is one of the biggest and most long-running scams ever perpetrated” and that the “weaponization of whiteness” is a “constant barrage of harm” for people of color.

Liberals call this anti-white message inspiring.
