Despite Balenciaga erasing all the evidence, what happened won’t be forgotten.
For what? Running an Instagram ad that showed a little girl, maybe five years old, holding a teddy bear wearing a BDSM bondage outfit. That wasn’t the only disturbing part of the company’s ads, which were also displayed on their website.
Not only were there two different pictures of the two little girls holding a bondage bear, even the seemingly innocuous photo of a purse was revealed to be repulsive.
the brand "Balenciaga" just did a uh….. interesting… photoshoot for their new products recently which included a very purposely poorly hidden court document about 'virtual child porn'

The purse rests on papers, of which one page is highly visible. When zoomed in, it is a page from a court case titled Ashcroft vs. Free Speech Coalition, which struck down a law against child pornography.
Balenciaga removed the ads and issued an apology in its Instagram stories.
It promises to “take legal action” against whoever did this. But it’s hard to believe that a multi-million dollar company, backed by a billionaire (that would be Kanye West until recently), would circulate an ad without explicit approval.
Interesting timing, Balenciaga left Twitter after Elon Musk took over and deleted the child pornography hashtags that the previous management had allowed.
