It appears White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre, a person chosen for her race, gender, and sexual identity, will say anything the Biden admin tells her to say.
Recent comments have White House observers shaking their heads not only for the ridiculous content of her statement but also that she said it at all. According to the Daily Wire, KJP “claimed that the United States Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Roe v. Wade was an ‘unconstitutional action.’”
She also “reiterated President Joe Biden’s support for abortion rights access after Kansas voters rejected a referendum that would have removed the right to abortion from the state’s constitution.” Kansas might need to place an asterisk on the results because it was one of those convoluted measures where voters had to vote no, if they supported the measure, and yes if they did not.
FOX News’ David Marcus, in a tweet, attributed her unconstitutionality claim to the “wokeness” in American universities. Describing KJP, he wrote, “…we now have a generation of intelligent, well educated progressives who have never had their holy views challenged. And boy does it show.”

And just to be sure KJP isn’t going rogue, FOX News reported, during the signing ceremony for his executive order attempt to end run the Supreme Court that Biden called “protect[ing] abortion access,” delivered comments on which KJP apparently based her comments.
Biden said, “Let’s be clear about something from the very start, this [Roe] was not a decision driven by the Constitution,’ he said, adding that the court’s conservative majority was ‘playing fast and loose with the facts.’”
Constitutional scholars on both sides pro- and anti-abortion understand the 10th Amendment governed overturning Roe. Remarkably, the Biden admin supports a “right” mentioned nowhere in the Constitution, where logic was tortured by a liberal Court. But they oppose a constitutional right, explicitly mentioned in the Second Amendment.
In a sort of backhanded defense of KJP, Sen. Josh Hawley’s press secretary, Abigail Marone, tweeted, “It honestly feels cruel to put her on the podium and make her answer questions each day.”
But KJP is the product of leftist academia, radical politics, and the Left’s vicious attack on traditional American history and culture.
