California to Further Degrade Police by Banning "Racist" K9s From Biting Bad Guys

Radical Democrat lawmakers in California simply refuse to turn off the stupid when it comes to effective law enforcement. Now, for some unfathomable reason, Democrat member of the California Assembly, Corey Jackson, seems to believe that since K9s were unethically and immorally used by slave catchers in the mid-19th Century and before, 160 years after Republican President Abraham Lincoln ended slavery, police dogs should be banned in 2023.

According to ABC 10 News, “A new effort is underway to ban police from using police dogs to arrest or apprehend suspects. If passed, it would also ban police from using them for crowd control. The lawmaker behind the bill, newly-elected Assemblymember Corey Jackson, said that the use of police canines, or K9s, has been the backbone of this country’s history of racial bias and violence against Black Americans. Jackson said police canines were first used by slave catchers and are a violent carryover from America’s dark past.”

Another argument against K9 use might be debatable, but racism—again? As Let’s Go Brandon would say, “C’mon, man.” The racism ploy to get your political way has wilted. Rather than paying attention to the racism accusations, now, people simply roll their eyes when they hear the words “racist” or “racism.” But, since the anti-cop radicals live in their protective bubbles, their ridiculous words reverberating only in the echo chamber, they remain belligerently ignorant.

Townhall reported, “This is a ridiculous legislative push; criminals on the run or being chased by police shouldn’t be comfortable… All this bill would do is decrease public safety. And police dogs have been essential in various other law enforcement duties, not least being tasked with saving the lives of fellow officers.”

Are the police included in this “conversation?” No. Why? Because they’re racist. Will Republicans be consulted in any meaningful way? No. Why? Because they’re racist. Will the radical Democrats consider any arguments they don’t like on the issue? No. Why? Because anyone who doesn’t agree with them is, well… racist.
