College Student Threatened with Unenrollment from School if Vaccination Status is not Disclosed

Christian Walker, a student at UCLA, was threatened to have all his classes dropped for not disclosing his vaccination status. Christian is an outspoken Conservative and social media star with over 400k Instagram followers. He chose to enroll in all online classes for the Fall 2021 semester.

Christian posted an Instagram video of a phone call he received from UCLA officials. The university called him to tell him they would drop his classes if he did not upload his Covid vaccination status. Christian claims in the video that he already paid 70k for his classes this year. Christian rightfully questions the administration’s requirements mandating him to disclose his personal health information even though he is never stepping foot on the campus. He takes his exams over Zoom and studies and conducts his lessons from the privacy of his own home.

In the video, he questions how this policy is about health. He says it’s impossible to be contagious to others since he will never be in physical contact with classmates or professors. He did not receive the phone call until one week AFTER classes started. As of last evening, he wrote on Twitter, “My school just made [me] put in writing the following statement: “I CERTIFY THAT I HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE RISKS OF COVID-19 INFECTION, INCLUDING LONG-TERM DISABILITY AND DEATH, BOTH FOR MYSELF AND FOR OTHERS WHO I MAY EXPOSE TO THE DISEASE.” LOL at the drama and fear-mongering.”

This isn’t the first time a student has been unenrolled from University classes. In September, a student at Rutgers was locked out of enrolling from online classes due to not posting his vaccination status.
