Democrats Throw Tantrum After Roe Decision Doesn’t Go Their Way

Joe Biden does not support “court-packing,” yet. He’s flip-flopped many times over his half-century in political office, including on Roe, so it’s likely just a matter of time. Still, according to FOX News, for now, Biden “does not support Democrats pushing to expand the Supreme Court, the White House announced on Saturday.”

In the aftermath of the demise of Roe v. Wade, tantrum-throwing Democrats have increased their calls to either pack the Court or dissolve it altogether. It seems the Democrats may not lose—ever. Thus, their inclination toward one-party tyranny.

Life News reported, “Democratic lawmakers called for expanding the Supreme Court and abolishing the filibuster following a string of Supreme Court rulings not in their favor this week.”

Dem hair-on-fire NY Rep. Mondaire Jones and Mass. Sen. Ed Markey ignore what even RBG saw. Roe was a legally flawed decision. They’re both lawyers; they know that “abortion rights” in the Constitution is a legal myth.

Still, Jones calls decisions that don’t go his way come from an “illegitimate, far-right majority….” Ironic, since Roe came from a far-left majority with a far stronger argument for their illegitimacy, regarding Roe.

Markey posted, “Fight back and expand the court now.” He’s never been bright, that one.

And, speaking of not being bright, AOC chimed in calling “on Biden and Congressional Democrats Saturday to work on court reforms, including… expanding the courts.”

Another Massachusetts mastermind, Sen. Liz Warren, according to The Daily Wire, “blasted the Supreme Court’s overturn of Roe v. Wade, calling for additional justices in a highly controversial new interview” on ABC News’ This Week.

Returning to the legitimacy theme (that decisions are not legitimate if Dems disagree with them), This Week tweeted, “The Supreme Court has ‘burned whatever legitimacy they may still have had’ with their ruling overturning Roe v. Wade, Sen. Elizabeth Warren tells @MarthaRaddatz.”

Warren added, “They just took the last of it and set a torch to it.” Again, like Jones and Markey, Warren is also an attorney (a “Native American” law professor). She knows Roe was a bad law. But with CRT-driven, social justice leftists, ideology is nothing without activism. And leftist activism today is an anything-goes endeavor.
