Fulton County Forensic Audit Finds 60% Error Reporting Rate

Garland Favorito, the Co-Founder of VoterGA, a non-profit organization specializing in running clean Georgia elections, sent out a press release that claims “new evidence reveals GA Audit fraud and massive errors.” VoterGA organized a lawsuit that forced the state of Georgia to complete a forensic audit of Fulton County.

The release said that the amended complaint that VoterGA filed on behalf of the Plaintiffs showed that “the November 3rd, 2020 election was riddled with massive errors and provable fraud.” VoterGA claimed that the most damaging evidence came from the “analysis of Fulton’s November 2020 mail-in ballot images.”

Thanks to the Plaintiffs winning an earlier motion that sued for the rights of the images to be made public, the mail-in ballot images made it easier to identify fraud.

The statement read: “The team’s analysis revealed that 923 of 1539 mail-in ballot batch files contained votes incorrectly reported in Fulton’s, official November 3rd, 2020, results. These inaccuracies are due to discrepancies in votes for Donald Trump, Joe Biden, and total votes cast compared to their reported audit totals for respective batches. Thus, the error reporting rate in Fulton’s hand count audit is a whopping 60%.”

The audit claims to have revealed that Fulton County had duplicates for “batches of ballots.” According to the release, the audit team “found at least 36 batches of mail-in ballots with 4,255 total extra votes were redundantly added into Fulton Co. audit results for the November election.”

As you can expect, the results were heavily skewed toward one candidate. The release states that out of the 4,255 extra votes, 3,390 votes went for Joe Biden, 865 went to Donald Trump, and 43 went for Jo Jorgenson.

Other issues the audit found, and this time could not be chalked up to an “error” but instead, an intentional act, are fraudulent audit tally sheets. The report stated, “The VoterGA team found 7 falsified audit tally sheets containing fabricated vote totals for their respective batches.”

VoterGA said that, for example, the team ran across a batch with the correct total of 59 ballots for Joe Biden, 42 for Donald Trump, and 0 for Jo Jorgenson. However, when the team looked at the corresponding audit tally sheet, the batch was counted as 100 votes for Biden, 0 for Trump, and 0 for Jo Jorgenson.

“The seven batches of ballot images with 554 votes for Joe Biden, 140 votes for Donald Trump, and 11 votes for Jo Jorgenson had tally sheets in the audit falsified to show 850 votes for Biden, 0 votes for Trump and 0 votes for Jorgenson,” claimed VoterGA.

The suit claims that the audit had other glaring issues that saw 100’s of thousands of discrepancies. Fulton County reportedly did not include “over 100,000 tally sheets,” where at least 50,000 of them were mail-in ballots. Fulton County also stands accused of not providing “drop box transfer forms for at least three pick-up days,” responsible for around 5,000 votes missing their chain of custody form.
