Garland Says DOJ Fair, Yet Justice Kavanaugh’s Home Still Besieged by Radicals

As U.S. AG Merrick Garland was telling America fairytales about equal justice at the DOJ, The Gateway Pundit reported, Garland, reacting to charges he’s treating Biden better than Trump, claimed, “We do not have different rules for Democrats or Republicans.”

How is that true? What about the radical leftist demonstrations still happening at Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh’s home? It’s still illegal, but it’s still happening, though legacy media barely report it. If it were RGB, Garland would act and the media would report.

According to The Daily Signal, “Leftist activists demonstrated unimpeded at the home of Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh on Sunday evening, the 50th anniversary of the monumental Supreme Court case Roe v. Wade.”

Resurrecting the Democrats’ unfounded accusations of rape, protesters chanted, “cut his time short, a rapist should not rule the court… no privacy for us, no peace for you.”

They’re allowed to hound Justice Kavanaugh despite an assassination attempt in June 2022. Yet, Garland asserted, “The department has a set of norms and practices. These mean… that we do not have different rules for Democrats or Republicans… for the powerful or powerless, different rules for the rich or poor.”

Where is the evidence of that? Misdemeanants from the Jan. 6th 3-hour riot have been arrested, held pre-trial for months, had their doors caved in, been SWAT teamed, charged, prosecuted, and imprisoned. However, the same DOJ has virtually ignored the 574 deadly, destructive 2020 riots, with most of the leftist rioters not charged criminally.

The DOJ is also ignoring Antifa’s “Night of Rage” in Atlanta. They attacked government buildings and vehicles after a militant shot and wounded a Georgia State Patrol trooper and was himself killed by police. The DOJ website has nothing about it. But it’s full of info on the Democrats’ pet Jan. 6th prosecutions.

Real Clear Investigations crunched the numbers. They found the “2020 riots resulted in some 15 times more injured police officers, 19 times as many arrests, and estimated damages in dollar terms up to 740 times more costly than those of the Capitol riot.”

Yet, Garland prefers to help Dems conjure an insurrection and inflate charges even against trespassers.
