Actor Ray Liotta was in the Dominican Republic when he passed away in his sleep on May 26, 2022. He was 67 years old.
The actor is best known for his infamous role in Martin Scorsese’s film, “Goodfellas.” His fiancée Jacy Nittolo accompanied him on the island as he was filming a new movie called “Dangerous Waters” when the tragedy struck.
Foul play is not suspected.

Liotta’s “Goodfellas” co-stars, Robert DeNiro and Joe Pesci issued statements regarding his death.
DeNiro said, “I was very saddened to learn of Ray’s passing. He is way too young to have left us. May he rest in peace.”
Pesci told Fox News Digital, “God is a Goodfella, and so is Ray.”
He is survived by his fiancée and his daughter, Karsen, whom he shares with his ex-wife Michelle Grace.
