Joe Biden clearly doesn’t want Americans to exercise their God-given right to self-defense. Then again, what tyrant wants the people armed? And since Congress isn’t helping enough, he’s got a pen.
It’s also clear Biden knows nothing about the guns, ammunition, and accessories he wants to ban. He demonstrated his lack of firearms knowledge back in 2013 when, according to the Daily Mail, “Biden says no one needs an AR-15 for home protection when they can fire a shotgun through the door.”
The New York Post reported, “President Biden will issue an executive order Tuesday increasing the number of background checks before gun purchases and strengthening the use of ‘red flag’ laws — in what the White House has touted as the most comprehensive policy the president can enact without Congress.”
He made the announcement while exploiting the Monterey Park, California dance hall, where a maniac murdered 11 people. However, how often, after a mass shooting, do investigators conclude the laws that gun control nuts called for wouldn’t have stopped the crime?
And why do leftist prosecutors routinely refuse to charge suspects with existing firearms crimes? That’s not a right-wing talking point; it’s verifiably true.
Biden talks about guns as if he knows what’s right for every American in every conceivable self-defense scenario. How does he know they will never need more than 10 rounds in a life-or-death situation?
Say, three armed criminals smash into your house, each armed with many more than ten rounds. Even if they obeyed magazine restrictions, they would still outnumber the good guy’s ammo by 30 to 10.
Farfetched? As described by FOX, in 2021, “A Phoenix man’s home security footage captured the moment that four armed suspects kicked down his door, only to be met by a barrage of gunfire that sent them scattering, the Phoenix Police Department said.”
Unfortunately, the ironically-named “Bipartisan Safer Communities Act,” which Biden used as a springboard for this further overreach, was “bipartisan” only because of 29 foolish Republican gun control enablers in the House and Senate. This included Sens. Mitch McConnell, Lindsey Graham, and Mitt Romney.
