Jury Sees Through DOJ’s Two-Tiered Justice, Acquits Falsely Accused Pro-Life Activist

Merrick “Garland insisted the Justice Department equally applies the law to all people,” The Gateway Pundit reported. But where is the evidence that proves his assertion?

Take the case of pro-life activist Mark Houck, a Catholic conservative arrested by the FBI for violating a federal act with no evidence he’d violated that law. FOX News reported 22 members of Congress spoke out against Garland’s overreach.

According to National Review, “A federal jury on Monday acquitted Catholic pro-life activist Mark Houck, who was charged with violating the FACE Act over a 2021 skirmish with a Planned Parenthood volunteer outside a Pennsylvania clinic. The FACE Act prohibits ‘violent, threatening, damaging, and obstructive conduct intended to injure, intimidate, or interfere with the right to seek, obtain, or provide reproductive health services.’”

The evidence showed when the incident occurred, Houck and his son were not near the abortion clinic entrance. And it was the Planned Parenthood volunteer who’d repeatedly approached and verbally abused Houck and his son.

“Houck was accused of physically assaulting Bruce Love, a 72-year-old clinic escort, in October 2021. However, Houck said he spoke outside of abortion clinics each week and sometimes brought his 12-year-old son along. He said he shoved Love after the clinic escort invaded his son’s personal space and yelled at him.”

If anything, this would be an alleged misdemeanor assault for municipal court, which dismissed the case. Yet, employing the two-tiered justice system that allows Democrat BLM/Antifa militia members to go unpunished but harshly treats pro-life and other conservative activists, the Biden/Garland DOJ prosecuted Houck and is still persecuting others.

Houck’s attorney, Peter Breen, said, “Rather than accepting Mark Houck’s offer to appear voluntarily, the Biden Department of Justice chose to make an unnecessary show of potentially deadly force, sending twenty heavily armed federal agents to the Houck residence at dawn,” arresting him in front of his family. As reported by The Federalist, this has become a routine tactic the DOJ/FBI use against Republicans but not Democrats.

Fortunately, Houck’s jury saw through Garlands’ “equal justice” sham and quickly acquitted Houck.
