Liberal media are attacking Justice Gorsuch for his personal medical decision not to wear a mask after being fully vaccinated and boosted because this is the norm in America. Not even a Supreme Court Justice is smart enough to decide whether a mask will benefit his health enough to wear it.
NPR somberly reported that it was “pretty jarring” to see the Supreme Court take the bench for the first time since the very scary and terrifying “omicron surge.” The report stated with the utmost dramatics, “All were now wearing masks. All, that is, except Justice Neil Gorsuch.”
One almost expects a piano player in the corner to play suspense music as the writer explains that Gorsuch’s decision not to wear a mask is the reason Supreme Court Justice Sotomayer does not hear cases in person. Justice Sotomayer has instead elected to participate in court proceedings in her chambers.
NPR reports that Justice Sotomayor, who is in the high-risk category for Covid due to her history of diabetes, told her fellow justices that she did not feel safe around those who remained unmasked.
Chief Justice Roberts, a complete and utter failure as a Conservative Supreme Court Justice, reportedly instructed the rest of the justice to mask up to calm Sotomayor’s fears.
However, Justice Gorsuch decided to forgo the mask-hysterics and sat on the bench sans mask.
NPR writes, “They all did. Except Gorsuch, who, as it happens, sits next to Sotomayor on the bench. His continued refusal since then has also meant that Sotomayor has not attended the justice’s weekly conference in person, joining instead by telephone.”

Sotomayor is not being kept from the bench by anyone but herself. Neil Gorsuch has decided that putting on a mask is not in his best health interest. After two years into this pandemic, Sotomayor seems very confused about the actual risk involved when catching Covid.
Remember that Justice Gorsuch isn’t an alt-right Conservative despite what the media wants to spin. Anyone who would side with leftist justices to carve up Oklahoma as he did in the McGirt Opinion couldn’t by definition be considered alt-right and would hardly be considered Conservative.

How absurd and insane have we become! If you are vaccinated, why does it disturb you to be around someone who is not? Oh, wait, the vaccination is not a vaccination. It seemingly does nothing to stem the transmission of the Coronavirus 19, the Delta variant or the Omicron, so what is its purpose? (Whatever happened to the Delata variant?) Tell Justice Sotomayor that she needs to grow up. Hiding behind her desk is not going to protect her from a virus that flies through the air. If she is fully “vaccinated,” what does she fear? When we come right down to it, why do we fear at all. The media and the politicians have created an aura of fear around everything and everyone. I have a comorbidity too – I’m old (87 years) but I will be diddled if I’m going to walk in fear. My days are numbered by Almighty God, and only He know when and how I will leave this earth. Rachel Madcow needs to ask herself that question. How does she live with herself after knowingly spreading all the false information she puts out every day? Isn’t she embarrassed? Why should anyone or group bow down to the fears of one person? I don’t. If they have a problem with me not wearing a mask and they are, I tell them, since they are wearing a mask they are safe. Or is it that misery loves company and you want my as miserable as you are in life? Or is it that the shots we got are not any good? I’m not going to force my employees to wear masks if they do not want to just for one person.
Like the old saying goes: If you can’t handle the heat, stay out of the kitchen! So if y’all don’t like the way I run my life, maybe it is time to find another job. And that goes the same for the fake judge Sotomayor.
Sotomayer is the one who believes that all hospitals are overwhelmed with china/fauci biological warfare victims. You have to question HOW she ever became a judge.

Term limits for Congress and Supreme Court Justices. Fair tax on anything you buy new, abolish income tax, abolish all public unions and make money and gifts from lobbyists illegal. Eliminate all public employee pensions. Return America to individual exceptionalism and the ability to succeed in your life.
She is at risk because of her own life choices. If she hadn’t packed on that extra 150 pounds she might be healthy enough to weather this but then again she is a democrat.

A cursory check of my county’s health department data reveals that “cases” are triple what the last surge is. However, just click on the deaths per date and what do you know? Deaths have continued trending downwards since last March, currently at between three and five a day. This in a county of 3.3 million people. Soooo Scary and terrifying!

It’s rather shocking to me that someone that is smart enough to be considered for and approved to be on the Supreme Court is simultaneously illiterate enough to not understand that masks don’t work. I understand the concept of doing something because it makes someone else comfortable, I got the vaccine for that reason even though I do not believe it is a smart choice. So, if you don’t want to read the science, then just look at the fact that we’ve been living with mask mandates for two years now and the virus just keeps spreading and mutating and spreading. So, what exactly are the masks doing? Supposedly, it’s people like that are spreading it, even though I have never had covid. This despite the fact that the worst infections are in places that have the most restrictions. I am glad and proud to be living in a state that adopted a common sense approach to this situation and didn’t mandate or enforce mask policies.
