A video from January 6 is once again making the rounds on social media. A man, wearing a Trump MAGA hat at the Capitol, begging for the police to call for backup and do something to protect the building. He makes his way to the group of heavily armed law enforcement officers passively standing by as agitators began breaking windows and defacing the building.
“Why are you letting this happen?” the man cries out to the officers. Then, he asked the group, “Why haven’t you called for backup? Where is your backup?”
“This is our d*** Capitol building, and y’all are letting it get destroyed on your watch!” he said to the group, who remained silent as the man continues to beg them to do something. “F*** all y’all! Call for backup. Get some help down here. And if they don’t want to give you f*****g backup, they obviously don’t give a s*** about you.”

This is inconvenient for Democrats on so many levels. https://t.co/c69kJ9yGUT

The evidence showing January 6 wasn’t “worse than the Civil War,” like Biden and the Democrats claim it to be, is overwhelming. Julie Kelly, a journalist for American Greatness, wrote, “The body of U.S. Capitol Police Officer Brian Sicknick wasn’t even cold before his employer leveraged his untimely death to stoke more outrage about the events in the nation’s capital on January 6.”
The United States Capitol Police (USCP) spent the last four months sending statements bolstering the Democrat’s narrative even with video evidence showing the USCP were actively standing down. Even as proof poured out that Officer Brian Sicknick was not killed by the “insurrectionist mob,” the USCP sent out statements refusing to accept the results.
“In exchange for USCP’s subservience, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi wants to reward USCP in a $1.9 billion emergency appropriations bill that barely passed the House last week,” Kelly writes.
The Capitol Police are set to receive $60 million in new spending, including “$31 million in overtime pay, nearly $7 million for ‘hazard pay,’ and more than $6 million for retention bonuses and tuition credits.” The USCP will also receive “another $4 million” for a “Wellness and Trauma” program to benefit officers like Officer Howard Liebengood. He committed suicide a few days after the events at the Capitol.
Julie Kelly surmised that the left again used the USCP’s statement following the death of Officer Liebengood to push the narrative that January 6 was a “deadly insurrection.” “While USCP intentionally misleads Americans about what happened on January 6, the agency is concealing the truth about other important matters, including the name of the officer who shot and killed Ashli Babbitt, the unarmed veteran killed on January 6,” she wrote.
Republicans in the House voted in unison against paying the USCP an extra $60 million in what Julie Kelly opines is nothing more than a “payback to the USCP” from Nancy Pelosi.
The message seems to be finally coming through to our elected officials. Many voters believe January 6 was a PSYOP. We witnessed the agitators, and we watched the peaceful Americans calmly walking in straight guided lines.
BLM and Antifa were allowed free reign to destroy our country. The riots associated with those groups cost the nation billions of dollars in damages and numerous lives. And yet, the left gives them bail money and tv appearances, while the grandmothers that calmly walked through the rotunda and back get solitary confinement.
