A software issue in Michigan caused 6000 votes to switch from Trump to Biden. This has prompted President Trump supporters to demand a recount in the state and wonder whether thousands of votes for President Trump wrongly went to Biden. This issue was corrected in one county but there’s a concern about other counties that used it.
Michigan GOP Chair: Dozens of Michigan counties used the same software that caused 6,000 votes in one county to switch from Trump to Biden.

“If all this wasn’t enough, in Antrim County ballots were counted for Democrats that were meant for Republicans, causing a six thousand vote swing against our candidates. The county clerk came forward and said tabulating software glitched and caused a miscalculation of the votes. Since then we have now discovered that forty-seven counties use this same software in the same capacity. Antrim County had to hand count all of the ballots. And these counties that use this software need to closely examine their results for similar discrepancies. The people of Michigan deserve a transparent and open process.”
The count in Michigan as of Friday afternoon has Biden leading Trump by 145,000 votes. The AP has called the race for Biden.
RNC Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel told Fox News there are serious voting irregularities in Michigan and said Democrats are refusing to be transparent about the process.
We have documented irregularities in Michigan.
In Wayne County, poll watchers were kept in the dark with blocked windows & padlocked doors.

President Donald Trump issued a statement saying he will not stop fighting to reach a fair and transparent conclusion for the presidential election because he ants to ensure the election system is free of fraud. His statement comes as further votes in Georgia and Pennsylvania have given Biden a lead but Trump supporters are concerned about potential fraud and illegal ballots.
“We believe the American people deserve to have full transparency into all vote counting and election certification, and that this is no longer about any single election. This is about the integrity of our entire election process,” he said.
Trump added: “From the beginning we have said that all legal ballots must be counted and all illegal ballots should not be counted, yet we have met resistance to this basic principle by Democrats at every turn. We will pursue this process through every aspect of the law to guarantee that the American people have confidence in our government. I will never give up fighting for you and our nation.”
