A New York Supreme Court ruling striking down NYC’s “vaccine” mandate and reinstating employees the city fired because they refused the experimental vax did not surprise Americans who’ve been pushing back at this government tyranny from the beginning.
It never made sense.
According to The Daily Wire, “Unvaccinated New York City workers scored a victory Monday after a New York Supreme Court judge ruled the city’s vaccine mandate for all city employees is arbitrary, capricious, and unconstitutional.”
NYC Mayor Eric Adams, proving he could be every bit the CCP virus tyrant as his Democrat comrade Bill de Blasio, sacked about 2,000 city workers, cops and firefighters included, for refusing “to comply with the COVID vaccination mandate.”
The Post also reported the court ruled that “being vaccinated does not prevent an individual from contracting or transmitting COVID-19.” They added the CDC issued guidelines noting identical isolation and quarantine protocols whether vaccinated or unvaccinated.

Raheem Kassam tweeted, “NY Supreme Court orders reinstatement of fired unvaxxed staff, WITH backpay, says ‘Being vaccinated does not prevent an individual from contracting or transmitting Covid-19,’ adding that the mandates were ‘about compliance.’”
