One in Three California Male Prisoners Who Identify as Women Requested Transfers to Women’s Prisons

Who didn’t see this one coming? Maybe a couple of folks, way in the back, but every other person did, right?

According to the Daily Signal, there are about 1,115 men who “say they identify as women…” within California’s prison population.

The Heritage Foundation’s Oversight Project received the statistics from the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation through a Freedom of Information Act request.

The stats show about a third of those men have requested a transfer to women’s prisons. However, with a smidgeon of sanity remaining, “only about 1 in 10 of those requests have been approved…” according to the department.

Still, the slippery slope is getting slicker. Remember when only a lunatic would even consider transferring a man into a women’s prison? Wouldn’t a person really have to hate women to do such an evil thing?

There have already been numerous reported rapes committed by men who say they are women who’ve been sent to women’s prisons. The Signal also reported, “a female inmate said she was raped by someone the prison called a ‘transgender woman with a penis.’”

Those heinous crimes didn’t have to happen to those women. In response to an article at womenarehuman.com, a reader posted, “It is NOT the duty of women to act as human shields protecting MEN from other men they feel unsafe with, absorbing rapes and other attacks so that MEN won’t have to.”

This shows the creeping insanity changing our nation’s institutions from the inside out.

But women aren’t standing still to allow the state’s political misogynists to put more women prisoners at risk. Regardless of how you feel about convicted felons doing time, they are in the state’s care. California has a responsibility to keep the women safe and, certainly, not intentionally place them at increased risk of a violent attack–especially by a man.

In November, following the alleged rape mentioned above, the Women’s Liberation Front, sued California to rescind the ludicrous law, which allows men to be locked-up with women.

The law, signed by Gov. Gavin Newsom, is called “The Transgender Respect, Agency and Dignity Act.”
