Pro-Life Atheist Joins Christians on DOJ’s Political Target List

In a twist to the Biden regime’s DOJ targeting of pro-life Christians with FACE Act violations, a pro-life atheist is now in Merrick Garland’s sights. Unlike two Christian fathers the FBI recently arrested in front of their families during raids, it appears this group intentionally blocked abortion clinic entrances.

However, the hypocrisy of the Feds’ rabid targeting of pro-life activists while “slow-walking” a high-profile, grusome pro-abortion case and not investigating pro-life clinic fire-bombings is striking.

The Signal reported that, since enacting the 1994 FACE Act, the government has rarely prosecuted it. “Yet in 2022 alone, under [the Joe Biden/Merrick Garland Justice Department], there have been at least 22 peaceful pro-life activists indicted under the act.”

The DOJ’s target this time is Herb Geraghty, a self-described pro-life atheist. According to The Daily Signal, “The Justice Department has charged yet another pro-life activist with violating the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act—this time, an activist from the same pro-life group that discovered preemie-sized aborted babies’ remains outside a Washington, D.C., abortion clinic.”

Geraghty, a member of the very leftist Progressive Anti-Abortion Uprising, said, “This is a clear abuse of power and a sign that the Biden administration is using the Department of Justice to attack political targets—particularly those of us who believe in the right to life for all human beings.”

About being a pro-life atheist, the Christians’ strange bedfellow said, “The science alone makes it clear that a human being’s life begins at conception and that abortion ends the life of that unique human being.”

“You do not need to believe in any one religion to think that dismembering human babies is wrong….”
