Sex Shop Owner/Public School Board Director Teaching Radical Sex Ed to 9-year-olds

If your head hasn’t exploded, yet, with all the dangerous “education” nonsense being “pedagogued” by radical leftist “educators,” hang on. Jenn Mason, the Bellingham School Board director, feels it’s A-okay to teach 9-12 graders radical “sex education” at “Wink Wink,” her sex shop.

The store’s name tacitly betrays she knows she’s “getting away” with something wrong.

According to KTTH 770 Radio host Jason Rantz, classes at her “Uncringe Academy,” include “sexual anatomy for pleasure,” “kinds of solo and partnered sexual activities,” and “gender and sexual identities.”

Parents worried about Mason’s qualifications to teach sex to children should relax. Mason says she doesn’t have formal training but, as Rantz reports, “is a certified sex educator through the American College of Sexologists and a certified sex coach through the Sexology Institute.” So, nothing to see here.

Well, many parents are certified critical thinkers trained through the BSology Institute. They recognize BS when they see it.

And, though not a “main topic,” Mason says she teaches 9- to 12-year-olds “safer sex practices… as it relates to…” other topics.

Supporters may criticize opponents’ “prudish views” on sex topics. However, most of the commentary from conservatives recognize the crucial distinction between adults and children.

Rantz concedes he’s giving Mason the benefit of the doubt, believing “she’s well-intentioned. But this clearly goes too far.”

He wrote, “It’s not appropriate to teach prepubescent children about sexual pleasure, solo and partnered sexual acts or confuse them on gender identity.”

While these classes are private, not public, presumably with parental permission, that wasn’t been mentioned explicitly. Also, since Mason is the director of a public school board, and with leftist school board members’ proclivity for hiding controversial topics, parents have reason to be concerned about their children attending Bellingham public schools under Mason’s direction.

FOX News reports, “WinkWink is described as a ‘woman-owned, identity-inclusive sex shop’ that is ‘sex-positive, body-positive, and gender-affirming.’”

Mason also holds, “There’s no such thing as ‘real’ sex and it’s okay if your definition of sex is different from someone else’s.”

So, if any “enlightened” mainstream Democrat parents hoped for a biology-based sex education experience for their children, they came to the wrong place.
