Thugs Roll Up on Party and Shoot into Crowd in Queens. Cops Shoot Back. Four People Wounded

Just how mucked up is New York City’s criminal justice system? It’s so bad that even when, according to the New York Post, “Plain-clothes officers in unmarked vehicles were watching the party because they feared there was a ‘potential for violence by some of the local street crews,’” a shooting still breaks out, including return fire from the police, leaving three people with “non-life-threatening injuries” and one “in critical condition.”

Skipping ahead, of the four armed thugs who “rolled up and allegedly opened fire on nearly 100 partygoers, some of whom shot back…,” reportedly, “Two of the suspected shooters… were out on charges in other cases, including a robbery and a gun case, a police source told The Post.”

This has become a very tired story for New Yorkers. But, with Soros-funded or -styled DAs who care more about criminals than victims, they are willing to risk innocent people getting murdered rather than hold those criminals accountable for their violence.

It was obviously good police work by the NYPD that had, as reported by ABC 7 News, “members of the Violent Crime Squad… monitoring the event in an unmarked car because they believed there would be potential for violence.”

The cops were right, not that anyone cares.

The four men who were shot were from 16 to 24 years old. Police didn’t comment on whether any of the wounded were among the alleged shooters.

Police didn’t detail which NYC borough DA’s office had pending charges on the two suspects. Although, in 2019, according to the Post, “Queens DA-elect Melinda Katz vows softer policy on criminal defendants.” Is this one result of those softer policies? It wouldn’t surprise most New Yorkers.

It should be lost on no one that it’s likely there were no deaths and fewer injuries that night because of those NYPD officers who placed themselves between the people who brought the violence and the crowd of potential victims.

Sadly, this risk cops take will be lost on too many people brainwashed by radicals peddling radical leftist mythology created to have Americans view cops as the bad guys.
