AZ Appeals Court Dismisses Case, Says Lake’s Evidence is “Baseless.”

Kari Lake won’t stop fighting for voters

What happens when a court’s ruling seems unserious, with the judges appearing even hostile to plaintiffs rather than impartial? We get an electorate with little trust in elections and derided as conspiracy nuts.

With the myriad evidence pointing to at least a tainted election, did the Arizona appeals court betray itself the way it dismissed Keri Lake’s appeal of Democrat Katie Hobb’s gubernatorial “win?”

According to FOX News, the court opined, “Lake’s arguments highlight Election Day difficulties, but her request for relief fails because the evidence presented to the superior court ultimately supports the court’s conclusion that voters were able to cast their ballots, that votes were counted correctly, and that no other basis justifies setting aside the election results.” Nothing to see here, folks.

Democrat Katie Hobbs served as “referee” in her own 2022 election.

Lake responded by tweeting, “I told you we would take this case… to the Arizona Supreme Court, and that’s exactly what we are going to do. Buckle up, America!”

At every turn, the court seemed eager to rebuff Lake’s evidence. The court offered a head-twisting response to witness testimony that confirmed that some “voters… ballots couldn’t initially be read at polling places….” The court added, “they [voters] could still ultimately have their vote counted.” Isn’t the court tacitly acknowledging votes were not counted?”

Regarding a pollster testifying under oath there were “polling place problems” that “disenfranchised enough voters to change the outcome in Lake’s favor, the court said his conclusions were baseless.” Again, is this response unserious and hostile?

To date, the state has obliterated the public’s trust in AZ’s election system. The court showed no interest in what were at least significant incongruities in the 2022 AZ gubernatorial elections. An election that saw an unpopular candidate who refused to debate Lake, didn’t bother to campaign, and when she did, no one showed up, supposedly win.

Just four days ago, according to Trending Politics News, “As [Katie] Hobbs walked out onto the course… during the [Phoenix Open golf] tournament…” she got roundly booed.”

So new in the job, you’d think she’d have merited, at least, a polite golf clap.
