America’s Border Patrol agents are under leadership that demonizes and prevents the execution of protecting our borders. Biden’s border policies are creating a crisis too big for our underfunded Border Patrol to handle.
The President of the National Border Patrol Council (NBPC), President Brandon Judd, told Sean Hannity he wouldn’t sit back and let Biden open the doors to an invasion. He said if Biden weren’t President, he would have already been arrested for “aiding and abetting” the Southern Border crisis.
“I’ve been patrolling the borders since Clinton was the president, and I can tell you personally that the policies that have been in place were by far the best under President Trump,” said Judd.
He said that Biden has “completely and totally dismantled all of those policies” that were successful under President Trump.
Brandon Judd said Biden and Mayorkas are “vilifying” the Border Patrol agents on horseback doing their job “to the best of their ability.” He said, “Mayorkas was down on the border, and he saw the horses, he knew the horses were out there, and now he’s doing a 180.”
Border Patrol agents are often the last line of defense between terrorists, rapists, murders, human traffickers, and cartels from infiltrating American towns. Judd said these agents continue to wear the uniform because they “care” about making America safe.
He said that Biden and Mayorkas’ public statements, trashing the Border Patrol agents working hard to protect us, are discouraging.
“You know, we feel like why even go out there and do it? Why put on that uniform? Why care about the American public? That’s why we do it; we put on that uniform because we care about the American public,” Judd said. “We want to go out there, and we want to protect them. And, Joe Biden is trying to break that down.”
Biden’s Vice President Kamala Harris echoed the Administration’s attempt to defame hard-working Border Patrol agents, telling reporters that she was “deeply troubled” by the situation. “What I saw depicted about those individuals on horseback treating human beings the way they were, was horrible,” said Harris.
Harris told reporters that she supports the investigation into the Border Patrol agents because “human beings should never be treated that way.”
Paul Ratje, who produced the viral photo with the angle seemingly showing Border Patrol agents using their reins to strike illegal immigrants, has since come out and explained that Border Patrol agents never whipped anyone.
“I’ve never seen them whip anyone,” Ratje said. “He was swinging it, but it can be misconstrued when you’re looking at the picture.”
