Arizona Senate Forensic Audit Results 34,448 Duplicate Votes

The main takeaways from the Arizona Senate Audit presentation in the state Senate Chambers on September 24 are that Arizona needs to decertify its 2020 election in its entirety, and all 50 states require an identical forensic audit.

Dr. Shiva Ayyadurai, Doug Logan, Ben Cotton, Randy Pullen, and Ken Bennett presented their official findings in the Arizona Senate.

Even with an incomplete audit due to malfeasance from Maricopa County, the auditors laid out evidence that thousands of ballots were affected by unexplained chain-of-custody issues. They determined it’s unclear if Joe Biden or President Trump won Arizona.

Although it was unable to review the Maricopa County Splunk logs and routers or analyze the ballot paper, the audit was able to complete hand-counting of all federal races, image and microscope capture of ballots, examine official results, and analyze voter rolls.

Probably the most shocking revelation from the Arizona Senate is the announcement that the Senate can prove there was an internet connection to voting workstations, including the machines. They also have screenshots of the perpetrators attempting to delete this data and can prove bad actors intentionally overwrite the security logs to erase the evidence.

According to the audit, 865 directories and 85,673 election-related files (scanned ballots, .dvd files, slog.txt files, etc.) were deleted from the Maricopa County Election Management System (EMS) between October 28, 2020, and November 5, 2020.

The findings also showed that between November 1, 2020, and March 16, 2021, someone deleted 9,571 directories and 1,064,746 election-related files from the EMS.

The auditors revealed that at one point, the machines were connected to the internet and given a SQL Purge command which deleted a database holding election results. The internet connection was provided through terminal services and remote access.

Without differentiating between authentic and fake/tainted ballots, the hand count showed Joe Biden had 360 unexplained extra votes. Also, over 5,000 people potentially voted in more than one county.

An unexplained increase in duplicate ballots entered into the system in the last six days of the elections created 34,448 duplicate images from 17,126 voters.

After the presentation from the auditors concluded, Arizona Senate President Karen Fann sent the report to Arizona Attorney General Brnovich, urging him to use the state’s $12 million election integrity unit to investigate these findings.

Senator Fann said the signature verification process for absentee ballots was “imperfect,” leading to over 2,500 “bad signatures” being accepted during the County’s signature verification process. Some of these “bad signatures” were completely blank boxes without so much as a scribble to indicate anyone attempted to sign the ballot.

She also asked AG Brnovich to clean up the voter rolls, audit the election technology and machinery practices and take away election control from private election security companies.

In a statement Friday before the Senate presentation, Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich promised to follow the evidence.

“I will take all necessary actions that are supported by the evidence and where I have legal authority,” AG Brnovich said. “Arizonans deserve to have their votes accurately counted and protected.”
