Biden Regime Quasi-Federalizing American Businesses and Universities

While America twists in the political-cultural winds, economic collapse is looming, and even a possibility of a nuclear war with Russia, the Biden regime remains consumed with a culture- and nation-destroying Marxist policy fallacy known as, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI, as explained here by Christopher Rufo).

TTR recently reported on a Texas nurse whose employer fired her for refusing to submit to DEI-related “training.” According to FOX News, The Federalist senior editor Mollie Hemingway told John Roberts, “We were told for so long that you could never say anything about what professors believed or taught. And now we have actual requirements that people sign statements to say things that they don’t believe. It is Stalinist.”

FOX News also reported, “The Biden administration is working on a ‘national strategy’ for establishing diversity, equity and inclusion policies for the government that officials hope can be used as a template for companies and other organizations throughout the country.”

Except in New York City, D.C., Chicago, and Martha’s Vineyard

This backdoor way of quasi-nationalizing corporate America is similar to how the government has attempted to indoctrinate cops with DEI/CRT propaganda disguised as “law enforcement training.”

Last week, the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) conducted its first (Orwellian) Chief Diversity Officer Executive Council, comprised of federal agencies’ diversity officers. The council’s job is to “‘implement and sustain’ a government-wide plan for encouraging policies that support diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility (DEIA) in government hiring and employment.”

How long until “encouraging” becomes mandating?

But there’s no need for Americans to worry, right? After all, “the OPM also said it wants to ensure the government is ‘our country’s model of excellence’ when it comes to implementing DEIA policies.”

This is the same government whose policies are intentionally destroying nearly every aspect of traditional American life. So, what is there to worry about?
