Joe Biden Regime Misplaces 377,980 Illegal Immigrants—Oops!

The “U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE),” according to the Daily Caller, “admitted it has ‘no records’ of hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrants released into the country with electronic tracking devices, the agency said in a Dec. 22 letter to Syracuse University’s Transactional Records Access Clearinghouse (TRAC).” Tae Johnson, Director of ICE, answers to Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, which may account for how poorly the agency is run.

Remember, only 19 foreigners in the U.S. committed the 9/11 attacks in 2001, killing nearly 3,000 people. Nineteen. Now, reportedly, the U.S. government has lost track of hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrants in the U.S.

The DC also reported, “ICE informed TRAC that it had ‘no records’ of the 377,980 individuals monitored by the agency’s ‘Alternatives to Detention’ (ATD) program used to electronically track illegal immigrants released into the country.”

The U.S. government has no idea where nearly 400,000 people are. Based on statistics, most are, aside from being illegally in the U.S., likely otherwise decent people but still need services. Some will be criminals, from petty to serious felons. And some may be terrorists.

The DC said, “‘ICE’s response that they could no longer find records on immigrants in Alternatives to Detention (ATD) that they had previously released came as a shock, particularly after they informed us recently that they had been misleading the public for several months by releasing extremely inaccurate ATD data.” Americans wonder if there are any trustworthy government agencies left.

“The agency really needs to come clean. The American public deserves to have accurate data about the ATD program,’ TRAC assistant Professor Austin Kocher told the Daily Caller News Foundation.”

In August, the New York Post reported, “A staggering 81 individuals on the US terrorist watchlist have been stopped at the border since President Joe Biden took office, Texas Gov. Greg Abbott tweeted.”

And that number doesn’t include possible terrorists among the gotaways who eluded Border Patrol, which, according to FOX News, was 73,000 as of Dec. 1st, or among the hundreds of thousands of people of which the government has lost track.
