The United States is in the midst of a culture war, and Conservatives just won a big battle by stripping the National Defense Authorization Act’s (NDAA) provision that would have expanded the Selective Service to include women. Bizarrely, including women in the military draft gained bipartisan support and has been kept in both chambers’ previous versions of the bill.
However, luckily for the women in our country, leaders of the House and Senate Armed Services committees left the provision out of the most recent version of the NDAA. Civilized nations do not draft women because their men are ready and willing to protect it, for the legislature to propose drafting women shows where we are in the battle for the Conservative heart of our nation.
Suppose we will fight to protect women’s bathrooms and sports because men have an undeniable biological advantage over women. In that case, it only makes sense that women joining the military should always be voluntary.
According to a Politico insider, the provision was dropped during the negotiation process and will likely result in a concession to include “reforms to the military justice system” – a pet project of the Democrats.
Josh Hawley was a prominent voice in the Senate opposed to the provision. Sen. Hawley said if Senate Armed Services committees hadn’t stripped the condition, he would “insist on a vote” for his amendment, officially denying the version of the bill that contained the expansion of the Selective Service.
His office released a statement saying, “It appears the NDAA will no longer require women to register for the military draft. I certainly hope that is the case. If it is not, then I will keep fighting for a vote on the Senate floor to strip this wrong and misguided provision out of the final bill.”

Republican Rep. Vicky Hartzler tweeted her congratulations to those who worked hard to remove compulsory military service for women, saying, “I applaud the removal of this unnecessary provision and am grateful to see reasonable minds come together to join me in resisting this effort.”
This provision was never about improving military readiness. Instead, it passed through committee under the misplaced guise of ‘equality,’ imposing a woke ideology on our troops rather than meeting the current needs of our military,” wrote Rep. Hartzler. “Women are not chess pieces in a political game. They are doctors, lawyers, engineers, and already valuable members of our all-volunteer force.”

“MAJOR WIN!” — Women keep their extra privileges and exemptions from obligations, are given maximum choice, as men are forced to sign up to sacrifice themselves to have the same rights women get for free.
…This is why traditional conservatives are the complete enemies of men.
I have mixed feelings about this. First the women screamed that they wanted equal status. Then they demanded that they serve in the same jobs as a man, even thought they were not physically able too. Then they demanded that they serve in combat positions. Now that they got all that, they don’t ant to be drafted like the men if needed?
After they got all that they demanded, they should be drafted if ever the time comes! Ladies, there is no more free lunch. Y’all tell us that you are as good as a man, y’all demand that you get equal status, pay and treatment. Y’all tell us not to open doors for you, not to put you up on a pillar. You screw with men, their emotions, you want us to treat you special, you want us to pay for your night out, you want us to protect you. But only on YOUR terms and time lines! Y’all have been bitching about equal rights for decades now, But y’all are not women enough to show how far y’all are going to fight for it, your home and your freedom. Cowards!
You women have been telling us that they are just as good or better then men, even in the military. Y’all should be drafted just like the men.

Agreed…..Uncle Sam is gonna need all the help he can get in the coming war with China. If only men serve, it’s gonna a dirty fight, and you’re not going to have any American “men” left to rebuild your population. Or was that the p00lan all along- replace dead troops with illegals to make non-white kids for the “new world” population?
The gene pools of Europe were devastated in WW1 and WW2….but maybe that was the plan all along; all the mass Muslim migration is perhaps someone’s twisted idea of revenge.
